I've deliberately scaled it down and cropped it because its not exactly salubrious.
Basically if you look at my blog through Google Reader you get a bunch of YouTube videos of women oil wrestling. I've tried to contact the Google Reader team through the forums but no reply so far. I have checked my feed through Firefox, FeedReader and by directly analyzing the Atom and RSS and I can't see what is going on. I've come to the conclusion its a bug in Google Reader and I'm hoping they'll fix it soon. (If you can see that it is my fault please let me know as I'd love to fix it.)

Paul, I have subscribed to your feed via Thunderbird and I don't see ant spam.
You have to admit, though, that there could be many things worse than oiled women wrestling :-)
Hi Paul,
This looks to have been an issue on the Blogger side. For a brief period, data from custom domain blogs was mixed up (content from one blog was showing under another's domain). Reader happened to crawl your feed during that period. You can see that while the Atom version of the feed has those posts, the RSS one doesn't:
